I'm cravin carbs like mad today, (2nd day back on plan, it happens) so far I've resisted despite a lot of stress-eating opportunities. My car that my parents just gave me because MY car's transmission died has problems...ok, I have problems. I rear-ended someone at a stop light yesterday. All body work, but the hood is bent now and can't open and i'm looking at expensive repairs (again) that I don't have. And I went in to get a new mask for my CPAP machine and they took it away because my insurance is being a jerk not paying! They offered me a used one for $250 but if I had that kind of money in my pocket, I wouldn't be on state health care! arrrr!! But I'm not eating my feelings and thats my proud for today. lol

B - Weigh****cher's English muffin breakfast sandwich (I wish I didn't like these things!)
L - sandwich: small amount of tuna salad made with onion and a smidge of mayo on two slices of 40 calorie whole wheat bread, garlic pickle, salad of Boston lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and one tablespoon of red wine vinaigrette
S - about 1.5 cups of raspberries and a Laughing Cow Bonbel cheese
D - one cup of homemade beef stew, mixed vegetable of broccoli, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers
S - large salad of five lettuce mix, red cabbage, baby carrots, and one tablespoon of light honey mustard dressing
Miscellaneous bites while at my mother's house (God help me, snack food paradise): one bite of a low-fat brownie, about six peanut M&Ms, four whole grain tortilla chips, and one Godiva truffle. I won't list all the stuff I didn't eat but wanted to - various cookies, granola bars, various kinds of chocolate bars, Lindt truffles, raisin bread. I really wanted to eat more of the M&Ms and tortilla chips. My mother is pretty good about not scarfing up everything all at once the way I would.
Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.
