Weigh In!
Hello All. I am back on track and doing good. Well, I weighed myself this morning and well..........I am down 3lbs, and now at 231lbs!!!!!!Woo Hoo!!! That is good. Since I have been naughted I have fluctuated so much between 234 and beyond. So I weighed today and had some good results!!!! I am going to drink less diet pepsi which I drink too much off and drink more water. I also did a walking dvd yestarday and walked 1ml. I was soo proud, oh and then did 40 crunches (with my 16mo. old sitting on my stomach)It took me a couple of minutes to do them all, but I feel them this morning. I going to do it again at the same time today. I am hoping if I exercise the same time everyday then it will become fun, also my 3yr old and 16mo. old thought it was dancing and did it with me, so they got wore out and had a good nap!!

Thanks Stacey, I appreciate it. Iam trying to continue at a good pace and try and to look in the past but in the future and the now. I exercised today and they joined in again, it was fun for us. They are a little lost the three hours their sister is in school, so I guess I was entertaining for them. LOL!!

Thats a super loss trisha!! Congrats! And great job working out yesterday and today!! IMO, those crunches with the baby on your tummy should count extra! What a workout! And even better that the kids got involved and got tired out in time for a nap! You got exersise and quiet time! Bonus!

Great job, Trish...you're doing super! I bet the kids think "playing with Mommy" on the floor is great fun too! Just think, by the time the nice weather comes (if ever again) you'll be looking great and have lots of energy for those little ones and the outdoors.
