OT: This lovely icy weather!!!

Anybody else getting this crude?? Its been raining here since around noonish..and now its turning all to ice and this is suppose to continue through Tuesday..suppose to get this ice..and tomorrow suppose to snow..i know around us they said to expect power outages..and up to 3 inches of ice!!

Oh my, that sucks!! We have had our fair share here in Michigan and I dont want any of that!!! Hang in there, it will be summer soon. So I tell myself a thousand times a day!!!

make it stop! before I come in a couple weeks....

Girl I'm iced in here too! My mothers school was closed (shes a teacher) and my husband isn't working either so we're all stuck here together! Not fun at all! Lets just pray it'll be over soon

Yeah I have some friends around Owasso..and they said that they really got it!! Got all the ice and then snow on top! Its still coming down here..its just rain but this is all going to refreeze tonight and its going to be a ugly mess in the morning!!! My hubby made it to work but where I work they canceled and then the kids are out of course. So its just me and the boys home for now. Husband should be getting home in a couple more hours. We will probably get out and do some things that we need to do before this starts freezing!

But hang in there!! Hopefully it will all be over with soon!

Yeah we also got snow but thats actually good b/c it gives some traction! Our roads are terrible though I didn't realize it until yesterday the hub and I went to wlamart to get formula! Today its melfting though!!!!

Yeah we didnt get the snow..but it didnt get to bad here..lastnight the lights started flickering and i started geting worried..but about maybe 20 mins from here is where it got really bad ..trees down and power lines down everywhere..people arent even able to get out of their driveways..so anyways..i'm off again today!! Needless to say i have tons to do!! Taxes have to be submitted today..or they dont have to but they will take mine today because of a certain form..and i have to get my work menu done and a food order called in..yeah i'm rambling!! Hopefully this will be gone soon and things will be back to normal!!!
