1 cup coffee
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
2 cups water

Lunch (ate 2 today)
1 large beef Kosher hot dog
1/2 cup baked beans
1/3 cup fruit ****tail
1/3 cup cooked corn
1 Banquet pepper steak meal, with
1/2 cup white rice
Red & green cooked peppers
Thin slices of steak
2 cups water
2 round foil-covered choclates
2 M&Ms

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers
