I'm excited with you!!!! My grandmother used to say, "There's nothing so bad but what there's a little good in it" and sure enough you found that out. Being sick isn't the way of choice to lose our weight, but you used it to remotivate your self. GOOD FOR YOU

They are so positive (like the folks here), supportive, caring, and accepting folks I've ever found. I know their caring has made all the difference in the world to me in getting back and staying on track.
