What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud? Scale Ho's

Pitch that crap out the window, Woman!  The combination of sodium and carbonation ain't nothin' but a water retaining combo that has more carbs in it than you think it does. 

Let me do the math.  More than a 24 pack a week is kinda sorta like four a day.  On Atkins, you aren't allowed to have more than three servings of sweetener a day.  Uh oh.

My proud is that I somehow lost weight the past 20 days, even though I ate terrible...and because I did, I found my confidance and motivation (which I had temporarily misplaced) and am back on plan as of today!!  go me!

Way to be, Baby Girl!  And the next time you lose your confidence, come talk to me and I'll help you locate it.  I'll get out my GPS.

I'm not a scale ho, but I will admit to being a stiletto ho and a PS ho.   Water has never been an issue for me 'cuz it's really the only thing I drink.  If you only drank enough water to take your vitamins, what else did ya drink - coffee, tea, martinis?

As Mary says, we came over from the trashy side of OH (the PS board) so you never know what we might say or do (or post a picture of).  It was no holds barred over there. 

Don'tcha miss the good old days Kimmie, when we could talk about a mons and people actually knew what that was.  When BoogerHead had a doc actually validate that he had one, too!  

I mean, not that I don't love it here...cuz you know that I do, but have you noticed that none of these peeps have ever posted a pic of their butts on their profile.  What up with that?  I'd have to say that at least 60% of the girls on my friends list have an ass shot on their profiles, INCLUDING BoogerHead!

And the closest thing we get to talking about Swell Hell here is when we gain two pounds of water weight.  Sheesh, compared to what we used to ***** and moan and groan about, that's a drop in the bucket.  Doc cut off 17 pounds of belly and I gained ten pounds.  Now that my friend was some serious swelling. 

Ya know what else no one else discusses over here?  How soon after surgery can I have sex?  I used to love Boo's standard answer, at least wait until you've left the hospital!  But I do believe that you hold the record for gettin' busy after surgery.  But that's why youze ma girl...you know how to recover better than anyone I've ever met!

Maybe I'll check in over there when I have my revision.  Donna should be putting up new face lift pics by now.  I still call her Babs cuz she came out looking like Barbie. Maybe I should have gone to her doc!

I can't believe that Fool was RIGHT!  Yeah, men have a mons.  Imagine that...or better yet, imagine one CARING.
