Weigh in..
So Today was my official weigh in day and I went from 197.6 to 191. So I lost a total of 6.6 pounds. Im happy about the loss but will not be completely happy untill i beak out of the 190's. I have been stuck in the 190's so long that im scared I will never get out. Hopefully next week I can achieve this goal.
1.8 is great. They say that a healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week. So you should be excited about your loss. I know that it is hard sometimes, I am like everyone else I want the weight off NOW.... But they say that if you take it off slowely it is more likely to stay off. And I did have a good week this weeek with a pretty big number for me, but I know that next week I most likely wont be having the same results.

A 1.8lb loss is excellent. I really do believe that slow and steady wins the race - though right now I really have to believe that because I seem to be stuck in a stall! I've heard that huge, fast losses can be hard on the body.
Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.
