whats to eat today?? 1-26-09
20 CARBS ALLOWED
Breakfast- mini cheddar sausages (my new fav.), celery w. cream cheese (like always), cottage cheese,- 6 carbs
snack- atkins shake- 1 carb
Lunch- Salad w. lots of veggies, and pepperoni- 5 carbs
snack-?? prolly SF jello and mozz. cheese stick- 0 carbs(for both)
Dinner- Chicken breast w. veggies- 6 carbs
Total- 18carbs
B: 1 cough drop (4 carbs) still feeling icky this morning, and had to use that sugar filled drop...
but now I have sugar free cough drops, no carbs in these suckas!
L: bacon...not feeling much like cooking. I have microwavable bacon...
S: atkins (4 carbs)
D: lemon pepper fish fillets (4 carbs)
S: tea w/sweetener and cream (4 carbs)

B - maple brown sugar and pecan oatmeal with strawberries (flaxmeal and wheat germ added to oatmeal)
L - grilled chicken breast with a heap of pineapple and red pepper "salsa" on a bed of greens with a tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette
D - uh, another packet of maple brown sugar and pecan oatmeal with strawberries, plus broccoli and a small serving of lean beef
S - peanut butter fudge Vita Muffin
Not my best day, but I was at work for 11 hours (accomplished a lot, though), got home at 10pm, and am not motivated to pack in the veggies right now. Also, I didn't drink as much water as I could have. I plan to do better tomorrow.
Original goal: lose 53 lbs. New goal: lose 68-78 lbs total.

Waaay to busy all morning, til 1 p.m. in fact, but then ate: 1 hi pro soup + 2 c kale/turnip greens with Braggs vinegar
late afternoon: 1 scoop vanilla whey pdr + 1/2 c soy milk + shot of half&half
massive wog! 45 minutes big hills, very very fast, was doing fartleks
too much pizza that DH made (was thin crust) + large spinach salad
bed very early; also woke up at 3 this morning!

5 sliced strawberries
L: 2 large bowls homemade bean soup (the last of it)
S: bag potato chips....don't know what possessed me
Diet Coke
D: 6 oz. corned beef
large hunk boiled cabbage with vinegar
2 large boiled carrots
baked potato with butter
S: large handful almonds
2 slices Velveeta
Okay....not on a good track here. Really craving sweet things....almost went to basement to get fruitcake out of freezer. I think the sugar in the barbeque sauce yesterday triggered this. Back to basics and clean eating tomorrow for me....retaining all kinds of fluid
