Your menus always knock me out with their healthfulness!
Breakfast
- Power Crunch peanut butter fudge protein bar
- Water
Lunch
- Small skinless, boneless chicken breast cooked in garlic and white wine (uh, I added a small squirt of KC Masterpiece barbeque sauce to it, too)
- 1.5 cups mixed broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, red and green peppers, and onions with 1/3 cup of low-fat shredded cheddar cheese sprinkled on top
- Water
Snack
- One small apple
- One clementine
- One ounce of Kraft natural reduced fat cheese blend of whote sharp cheddar, Swiss, and parmesan
- Water
Dinner
- Large salad of two cups of mixed lettuces, 3/4 cup shredded red cabbage, handful of baby carrots with two tablespoons of Marie's balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Small skinless, boneless chicken breast
- Small serving of sweet potato oven fries
- One cup of fresh raspberries
- Water
Snack later
- Either a Vita Muffin, Skinny Cow cone, or a serving of Weigh****cher's frozen cake

I am trying to get back on track with that. I am drinking booze less, so maybe i am "replacing" those cals. Regardless, I do not need that type of food.
Today food:
1 whey protein drink + 1 c kale with red wine vinegar I ate no veggies to speak of yesterday, so trying to be more balanced today.
L: cottage cheese with grated carrots/greens
Party tonight! I will stick to blackeyed bean soup and booze.
