What did you eat today? 01/23
B: Coffee w/cream
S: No protein shake
L: Protein shake (5 carbs)
S: Bologna & cheese rollups.
D: No clue.
I weighed in at 271.6 this morning - 3 pounds heavier than I was on Monday. Granted I have my period, but still - it was disappointing. And then, boy trouble.
Over the weekend, Jonathan and I had a "fight" again, and he pretty much gave in and said we'd start over. I told him that I didn't know and I'd have to think about it. He called me religiously for the last 5 days. Absolute doll. Then, this morning, he called me and wanted to see me for lunch. I told him no (a lot more than just "no" but whatever) and he said he was giving up on this, giving up on me, wouldn't be calling me, texting me, etc. Part of me doesn't care, because I was pretty sure I was going to kick him to the side for good, but the other part of me is hurt because it hurts to hear that someone is giving up on you, no matter what the cir****tances are.
You know that TOM weight will go away as fast as it came.
I'm on liquids today cuz I had a fill yesterday. Here's what I am having.
B: SF Carnation Instant Breakfast
L: 1/2 Tomato Soup at Hand, 1 SF choc pudding
S: SF CIB and 1 SF choc pudding
Back to regular diet tomorrow.

large salad with Romaine, chick peas, red onion, matchstick carrots, radishes, celery
2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
