Not a good day so far....not hungry but craving stuff.  I actually think it was the chili I had last night...SO put Splenda brown sugar in it and I think it triggered some cravings for me.  I didn't respond with eating any flour or sugar but certainly overdid it with the cheese and almonds.

B: 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
     6 oz. plain LF yogurt
      4 sliced strawberries
S:  2 slices Velveeta
L:  salad with 4 oz. ground turkey, 1 cup french style green beans, Romaine, radishes
      Italian salad dressing
S:  4 slices LF cheddar
      2 handfuls of almonds
D:  Chicken and shrimp dish with tomato salsa and onions and peppers
      salad with blue cheese dressing
      1/2 serving of mashed potatoes

L -South Beach BBQ chicken and Diet Pepsi
S Salad w/ oil and vinegar
D - Baked chicken w/ brocoli and diet pepsi

S:  mocha freeze

L:  green beans with little Parmesan and slivered almonds

D:  a serving of tikki marsala w/chicken over brown rice, and salad

B: IsaLean chocolate shake with extra fiber and IsaFruits
S: coffee with cream and handfull of raw almonds

L: IsaLean savory tomato soup and a little pull from the deli chicken in our store refrigerator (whoo hoo a cheat!)

D: IsaLean vanilla shake with extra fiber and IsaFruits, plus half scoop of orange Want More Energy electrolyte and vitamin B powder drink mix. OH MY GOSH that was yummmmmmmmmmy

S: Ha ha ha, my snack was this cute little cup with Khalua and vanilla vodka in in (this one's for you, Neecee!)
