Well...I'm back from KY and made it through the weekend staying on plan.  I'm really proud of myself.  No cake, cookies, pepperoni bread and a myriad of other goodies.  I actually didn't have a hard time at all cause I wasn't craving it.

B: 2 fried eggs cooked with Pam
L:  mixture of ground turkey breast and shredded cabbage with Taco seasoning
S:  handful almonds
     2 slices cheese
     Clementine tangerine
D:  grilled tilapia
      1 cup mixed veggies
      small baked potato with butter
S:  probably a couple of clementine tangerines

L: Sausage and Peppers (3 carbs)
D: 3 eggs
    1 Low carb tortilla (10 carbs)

L: 1c homemade broccoli cheese soup
D: 1c chili
S: 2 lg oatmeal bars

no exercise

Stress and lack of sleep got the best of me this afternoon, I carbed out.  I can't sleep the past few days.

B:  egg whites with oz hamburger, sprinkled with a little cheese

S:  packet of whole wheat petzels

L:  bagel with WW cream cheese (very small)  

S:  high fiber toast with spray butter

D:  steak and potato with sour cream

S:  yogurt with eze

S:  home made popcorn
