I wanna see you fall on your butt.  Haha, no just kidding.  I had to giggle at that one though.  Ouch!   You are right, my kids at least would get a big kick out of mommy falling.lol  Thanks, I like what you just said, and I'll try to remember it NICELY as I fall on my tush! :)

I swear my dog...laughed.  Anyway, I think you need a new signature.  "Fear...SO WHAT!"

I will tell you, at my highest weight, I had this feeling like falling would be so painful because I had so much mass.  I still have that fear, though less weight.

You choose what's worth the fear.

I still fear falling on rollerblades (scared shi-less!), but I'll still try.

Just go do, my friend.

Yay!  I just did fifty crunches and didn't fall off!lol  I actually think this might work, and I was very hesitant!  I kept waitng for my tailbone to hurt and it didn't at all. That was really nice.  I could feel it a lot more in my abs on here than the bed, that's for sure.hehe  Thanks for the pep talk, think I might just like this ball. :)

TOO EASY!

The PT-to be in me says, if you can do 50, time to go to the next level.  They are way too easy for you.  You want to be like "I can't do 20!"  Try a more advanced move.

Remember, easy doesn't do anything for you, it's the challenge that builds you.
