Shari (Jupiter)

Just to give you some background, Shari had Plastic surgery on her eyes because after she lost all her weight, she looked sick.  So here's an update on her.  I feel terrible for her.

Her eyes won't shut?  WTH did her PS do!

Awwe Shari.  That just really sucks, and isn't fair.  She deserves a good year this year, she' s been through enough.  Well I'll be sending some prayers her way that they figure out her eye problem without having to go through hourly lubricant!  Also, she needs to get the the ER!  She of all people should know this, get to the doctors Shari!

I feel horrible for Shari.  I too know what it's like to live with a PS nightmare.  It's a hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.  And to think that we go through this so that we can be normal and it ends up this way?  Totally sucks and I'm really sorry she's dealing with this.

Poor baby! That kid has just about all the side effects imaginable! I feel for her.

Hey Janina, thanks for the update on Shari.  Looking at her immediately after pics, I'm not surprised that she is having so much trouble with her eye.  She had what my doc calls a rapid inflammatory response...which means her upper and lower eyelids swelled really fast.  To my way of thinking, I think that when the swelling is fully gone, which takes about three to six months, her eye trouble may resolve on it's own.  Her vision problems may be a response to her eye being exposed to air and being dry.  I'm hoping that once the swelling is completely gone, and she can close her eye, it will be able to heal.  She needs to stay away from watching tv and the computer screen til then.
