My winning strategies:
1. Planning, which involves buying the food I need ahead of time, cooking the food I need, packing the food I need, and staying on plan when I've planned to stay on plan.
2. Measuring my food
3. Drastically limiting eating out
4. Moderation
5. Exercising

I first heard it from Donna Marie - she referred to the Food Porn Network. LOL, just cracks me UP.
And Kimmie, I too also move on after breaking my food plan. Just like what we talk about in the cheat thread - that was also a powerful tool for me to not let one off goal action negate all the good work I do most of the time!
