I weighed in this morning and was 268.4. I'm not disappointed because I'm down from 270.8 because I had 4 good days of eating. That sugar free bullcrap really made a huge difference to the point where I'm scared to touch it anymore. I'm hoping to god that my elevated protein level means nothing, because A) I really like these shakes and B) It's so much easier than the RTD shakes (and cheaper too). They're higher in carbs too (4 grams higher) but I'm still well under my 20 gram per day limit.
So... I've got 4.6 pounds to lose before I'm back to my absolute lowest I've ever been. I hope I can pull that off in a week. I'll be weighing myself everyday this week just to make sure I'm on track. I'm terrified that I'm going to let a whole week slip by and see that I gained another 6 pounds. If I had weighed myself everyday that one week, I would have known to stop what I was doing after gaining 1 pound, and revise my diet. Oh well... What's done is done.
Wish me luck!!!
Man, this sight is being slow. I'm going to start nit picking my daily menu to see if I can figure out what's causing my stomach pain. I'm going to start putting down stuff that's in my smoothie, while knocking down my intake of so much greens to see if that s my problem.
