Taking the plunge!

Neecee:
I wouldn't be getting this concentrated of nutrition if I was relying on the local grocery store. I do have the advantage of super foods, but have a wide variety with chocolate and vanilla shakes I can add the fruit and veg powders to, or 'Want More Energy' orange for a creamcicle treat, etc. I've got creamy tomato soup I can jazz up with organic arugula or spinach, and I have bars and slim cakes and IsaDelight chocolates. Even if I take in 1800 calories of this nutrition daily, I will most certainly shed inches. I do not count calories; instead I look at protein, fiber, and mineral/vitamin content.

August 2nd, 2006, I started my first 9-day cleanse. It was two days of replacing two meals a day with IsaLean shakes, and one sensible lunch. After that it was two days of 'Cleanse for Life' liquid, then back to five days of two shakes, and two more days of cleanse. I dropped a TON of inches, and 15 pounds in those 11 days. My calorie intake might have been 1100 or so daily on shake days. The shakes alone had a total of 46 grams of protein, and an amazing amount of minerals and vitamins. At that time, I didn't have all the other products like the soup or the fruits or greens. Cleanse days were a breeze, and since almost every culture practices some kind of cleansing or fasting, it wasn't a calorie issue. Overall, I turned my life and health around.  By November 1 I'd released 25 pounds, and two weeks later an even 30. I started at 160. Going to the gym regularly after that built muscle I've never had, and I picked up 5 pounds of solidness. But even before hitting the gym (and moving refrigerators), I could feel a new leanness and solid feeling to my body that was new. Owning a business means we don't get to go to the gym 4-5 times a week for hours. I'm lucky to get 3 times in, for about an hour each time. My blood work shows exceptional health in every way, as do my physical exams. So I'd say John Anderson's science is highly sound, as I'm one of over 200,000 who have experienced this incredible health rejuvenation.

I'm not new to nutritional cleansing and using 'Super Foods' to keep me lean. I'm just embarking on a more committed week of consuming ONLY those foods to see what happens. That's what the update will be about. I can already tell you how I'll feel! Like a million bucks. What I want to see is how loose the size 8's can be!

Best wishes Ruth!!  I can't wait to see/hear about the results.  I've lost my ass (in more ways than one) so I agree with Mary that we should postpone the butt contest.
