4 buckwheat pancakes with margarine & sugar-free syrup
2 scrambled eggs
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water

Lunch 
1 cup cornmeal mush
light soy milk

Dinner 
1 pork chop on griddle
1 baked yam with margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
2 cups light soy milk
2 small muffin-like Slimfast Bars
