B: nothing

L:  cucumber with hummus, mango, hot lemon water

D:  chicken salad with lots of different veggies, and serving of ranch dressing

S:  yogurt w/bluberries, flax, eze

S:  protein drink

B: Coffee w/cream
    4 small eggs (they were from local chickens - tiny things)
    1 low carb wrap (10 carbs)
L: 8 Chicken wings
D: Hamburger w/cheese
    2 tblsp sf ketchup (2 carbs)

Looks like your doin good Janina!!  Keep it up hun!

Breakfast- Bonless skinless chicken wrap (consists of low carb tortilla-6carbs, lettace, bacon, ranch, and cheese, very good stuff!!)
-about 10 carbs

Lunch- (Went down hill) Had Hamburger casserole (consists of mashed potatoes, hamburger, cream of mushroom soap, green beans, and corn)

Snack- atkins shake (then cheese crackers, and peanut butter crackers)

Dinner- Tacos (Bad stuff-on regular tortilla shell and w. refried beans)

Okay everyone I know this doesnt make sense but I have decided to figure out what I need to do to get back on track!! Cause I havnt been sticking to anything right now!

Awwe, I feel your pain.  I just tried sending you a message but I couldn't.  Until you know what you are going to do maybe you should just eat clean.  Eating clean is a no brainer.  At least until you figure out what you want to do.  So many times have I not done this and ended up eating everything in sight just "until I figured out what I was doing".  Seems to be an ongoing thing with me.  Good luck on whatever you decide!

B - Fiber 1 pancakes w/ blueberries
S - a few bites of my husbands pesto chicken
L - 2 Rubios Chicken tacos
S- 4 sun chips (eating off my husbands plate again =oP)
D - 1 cup fried rice or a couple cups of pasta w/ marinara I haven't decided yet
S - 1 cup strawberry ice cream

AAAACK. Bad day. Inner junkie was left alone with sloppy joes, and the rest is history.

Setbacks happen. I'm back in control. No carbs tomorrow to reign in the junkie.
