Today I am taking my two Girls to a princess tea birthday party, I decided that their probably wont be that many healthy options for me to eat, Cookies, cake etc... so I got up early and am making homemade chicken soup, choc full of veggies to take some with me, heat up their and eat, That way I know I can eat and it's something I enjoy so that should make it a bit easier for me,as for my girls, i havent allowed any sweets in the house since new years, so they will enjoy their cake and cookies! wish me luck!

Tea party - so sweet! Do have a big cup of tea and steamed milk - that might do the trick, too! Good planning and I do wish you luck.

The party went well, I ate my chicken soup, I also ate some fruit their,  a little tea (no sugar) and A lot of water! I had a tiny lick of frosting off of my daughters piece of cake, but that was it, I threw the rest that she didn't eat away, I also had a very very tiny bite of a pecan cookie, but that was it, and i was proud of myself, that i did it, my friend  who threw the party has had gastric bypass and she ate a cookie and got terrible dumping syndrome during the party and spent the second have of the party in the bathroom, I felt sorry for her, but it was another indicator to me why I want to do this without the surgery!
