L: Turkey & Cheese rollups
D: BK Stacker  (2 carbs for the sauce)

B: Coffee with Cream && Sugar, Jelly filled donut
L: Nothing
D: Maybe Nothing....uh alcohol? lol...Im goin out tonight. I probably wont eat or maybe popcorn at the movies.

No work out tonight...well there might be activities...uh huh. Ha. Im going to the movies then out to the bar... :)

Hi Neen!

My day:

1 egg beaten into hi fiber oatmeal packet

Nothing..nothing...nothing...all morning, but way too busy to notice til lunch, where I was still busy:

1 hi fiber hi protein fruit drink + 1 medium apple

nada all afternoon...this is not good, i know. Budgets due, another deadline to meet.

Snack after work:  1/2 c cottage cheese with salsa on it + 1/2 svg brown rice chips

Supper: shrimp, oven  fried + coleslaw + edamame + a couple onion rings. No booze on the plan tonight; however will make up for that th enext 2 nights.

no walk...but three day weekend coming up and camping on the agenda as well as major housework and yard stuff to get done.

Poorly balanced intake today: AAACK. At least I stayed away from trigger foods and the drive thru.

D: Omelet with lean ground beef, beans, tomatoes and peppers
