My day:
1 egg beaten into hi fiber oatmeal packet
Nothing..nothing...nothing...all morning, but way too busy to notice til lunch, where I was still busy:
1 hi fiber hi protein fruit drink + 1 medium apple
nada all afternoon...this is not good, i know. Budgets due, another deadline to meet.
Snack after work: 1/2 c cottage cheese with salsa on it + 1/2 svg brown rice chips
Supper: shrimp, oven fried + coleslaw + edamame + a couple onion rings. No booze on the plan tonight; however will make up for that th enext 2 nights.
no walk...but three day weekend coming up and camping on the agenda as well as major housework and yard stuff to get done.
