Have you exercised today? 01/16 ..and weigh in
I'm posting early today. Today is errand day and the third day in a row that the schools are closed due to ice and high winds. I weighed myself today, after a year of diddling in the 290's, my scale finally went down to 289. Another week of a three and a half pound loss. Although I'm happy about it, I am realizing life sucks.lol At this weight just eatingn correctly should be enough. But for me, I hate to say it, I think it's the exercise that is kicking it in place for me because I haven't been able to even get down in the 280's for a year. Thing is I HATE exercising. So I'm going to coninue to force myself on that bike, bowlfex, cardio, floor workouts, whatever it takes. It just sucks, can't wait until it forms into a habit and I'm PRAYING I end up starting to actually like it this time around!

Oh wow, I just got done looking at your blog. You have came a long way in a very short time! I'm half a sleep so I'll have to reread it in the morning. You should post on here your year long adventure. I'm sure we would all love to hear it. You have done an amazing job
