Not a bad recovery, but I believe you should know how many carbs, calories, and sugar you ate so that you know "the price".
Also, I personally might have stopped after breakfast and realized I didn't need many more calories for the day or fake foods. I would have just had a light salad and or soup for lunch and dinner. I feel your reliance on Atkins products may reinforce bad habits, but JMHO.

B: 1/2 scoop chicken salad (had to eat this at 6:30AM to tide me over to B at my client's at 8:30)
8:30....1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal
6 oz. plain LF yogurt
1 cup blueberries
L: 2 scoops chicken salad with romaine salad
1 tangerine
D: salad with oil & vinegar dressing (ate out tonight)
grilled chicken breast with melted Cheddar and mushrooms
steamed broccoli
1/2 portion garlic mashed potatoes
S: 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese
1 cup sliced strawberries
