Abstinence - 277th Day
Last night we ate at George's Kitchen, a reasonably-priced restaurant with really good food. I ordered chicken stir-fry, and they gave me twice the amount I really needed. The cool thing was that I stopped eating it half way through the meal, and that is really amazing for me, because it was really, really good. I did allow myself a piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream, and I took the other half of the stir-fry home with me. I had it today for lunch, with an apple, and water. And I weighed myself on my afternoon client's scale, and I have lost more weight!

Leftover chicken stir-fry, with rice, veggies and stips of white meat chicken, grilled
1 large apple
2 cups water
1 Tbsp. Wal-Mucil in 8 oz. water
1 bottle Diet Sunkist pop
Dinner
1-1/4 cups Herbed Port Pot Roast
1 cup whole grain pasta
1 cup fresh strawberries; 1 cup cooked cauliflower; 2 cups light soy milk; 2 small muffin-like Slimfast Bars, at 140 calories each
