Umm, am I the only one eating today?  There is usually at least three posts by now.

B:  ho****er with lemon

S:  wheatgrass smoothie

L:  almond butter with apple  and a protein shake

D:  turkey with mayo over tons of spinach and celery

S:  carob drink

My day got totally out of hand.  Left here at 8:30 this morning to grocery shop for my mom and take her to the doctor and ended up having to take her for chest X-ray and bloodwork.  Then had to do my grocery shopping and was left at 2:00 with not having eaten...lunch wasn't greatest choice but handy and quick...didn't want to go grocery shopping hungry.

B:  1 egg, 2 white omelet with mushrooms
      1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal
      6 oz. plain LF yogurt
      1 cup blueberries
L:  double cheeseburger at McDonald's without bun
      3 dried apricots
D:  roasted turkey leg
      small baked potato and butter
      Italian green beans with sprinkle Parmesan
S:  2 clementine tangerines

Hello peeps: mercy Sherrie, even on an "out of hand day" you make many menu look like  I should be sent to nutrition tutoring.  Heck, as long as I avoid listening to inner junkie, I figure I'll come out on top!

Hey!! Someone has to keep it going when were not around, LOL!!!

Well I havent posted today BECAUSE, I have fallen off the wagon, rolled through a thorn patch, hit my head on a rock, and now I am waiting for my dumb ass to get up and get back on. (excuse the corny pun) Yes, I know I need to get back on, but holy moly I have been doin so much cheering now I have faded away from myself, and well I gave myself an inch and by golly took a mile!!! aaaaggghhhh, I should not have gave myself the insentive to watch biggest loser. Although Bob got soooo pissed, which was sooo funny and it made Jillian laugh. Anyway I am starting fresh tomarrow, now I am going to be truthful on what I ate today just because I have to write it out and be truthfull with myself.

Breakfast- 8 mini cheddar sausage links, 8 carb blueberry scone (started out good)
-aktins shake
-peice of potato pie (What the H*LL was I thinking, I didnt need it)
-cheese burger (no bun)
-couple pieces pepperoni
-couple of animal crackers with the kids (dont know why)
-some of my mother in laws veggies w. fish mixed in w. whole wheat noodles (would have been fine without the noodles)
-garlic bread (2pieces)

Okay, glad to get it off my chest, new start tomarrow!!! Damn TOM, WHY do I let you take over??!!!!!!!! Okay now I am crazy for taking to my Time of the Month!!!

For heaven's sake, Trish....when you said you had fallen off the wagon and rolled under I figured I'd see chocolate bars, cake etc.  You just bumped once or twice and will bounce right back on with no problem!! 

Isn't it wonderful being accountable on here though?  I swear....I had a rough day yesterday and in the midst of it all when I was really tempted to eat some flour and sugar I thought of having to record it for all the world (well my OH buddies, anyway) to see and resisted.

ACCOUNTABILITY is the best!!

I see betting when I am acountable on here. Thanks for the words of wisdom Sherrie! I can be sooo hard on myself sometimes, and with TOM its really not any better. I started off good today so hopefully the days dosnt finish out bad. I dont have any sweets in the house so as for cakes, or chocolate bars, I would have to go out to get it and it is freezing cold today. So, that wouldnt be happenin!
