6-8 a day? Your body is going to be so relieved to be coming off of all of those chemicals! And water helps you flush out fat, so guzzle away. Besides, you need all of tha****er to help keep you hydrated through your workout. What a noble goal!

You remind me of my sister. She drinks about a case a day of diet coke. Bad habit to have girl. I limited myself to one a day for the longest time. Just this past year for some reason when I have it I just don't care for it. But like Mary said in another post, one habit broken forms another habit. Now my vice is coffee. Not sure which one is worse! Now Im trying to break that one.ha So choose wisely your vise!! I say water!!

My vice used to be regular soda...a two liter a day. No joke.
I was comsuming about 7000 calories a week just in soda.
I know diet soda is suppose to trigger bad eating habits, but for me it doesn't.
I only drink one diet soda a day, if that.
I mostly drink water, Crystal lite, and skim milk.
