Did you exercise today? 01/12

I haven't done it yet, but despite being bad at lunch today, I'm going to get in my exercising today.  I'm having a very hard time sticking with this!

6.5 miles on bike

15 minutes dancing  ....man i'm out of shape!  15 minutes of fast dancing about killed me!

Nope....funeral all day and on my way out the door to my granddaughter's concert tonight.
Will hit the pool at the Y tomorrow though, I promise!

NNNOOOOOO!!!!!! Man, my days go soo fast before I can even think about exercising the day bout over!!! ugh!! Out of everything geting in my exercise it torcher!!!sigh!!! I Pritty much the only exercise ive gotten is shoveling!!  get there, HOPEFULLY!!

Woman, with all of the shoveling that you've been doing lately, you should be about ready to break out on the other side of world shortly!  Shoveling Snow

No doubt, you do a lot of shoveling! Just think of all those calories your burning shoveling all the time!  I wouldn't want to work out either! :)

40 min. on eliptical
60 crunches on machine
10 min. on treadmill
20 min. in far infrared sauna (my favorite part!)

Good for you!  You seem to be on a roll lately.  Especially with that sauna!  How wonder you want to go work out, you actually have something to look forward too!  That sauna sounds nice!

Good for you Stacy!  Didn't ya feel good afterward?   My whole problem is getting my butt in gear.  I once had a doc tell me to just put on your shoes.  He said that if you put on your exercise shoes, you will more or less do it.  Little does he know I actually where my house slippers when I use my equipment!ha  Same slippers I use when I'm at the computer.  Regular tennies hurt my feet when on my bike for some reason.  I hate shoes! :)  

Okay I'm rambling.  Glad you got out and went for a walk.  How happy you sound I hope you continue!
