That really sucks about your job. But keep the faith girl, you have too! Otherwise it will show thru at that interview. THink positive, and STAY positive! I'm presuming you know your position inside and out, so you should sell yourself well. STAY POSITIVE!!
I'm also sorry to hear about your damn scale. What is it with icky scales lately anyway? This week I about shot mine. Six pounds is a lot to gain this past week, and I can't see how you could! You don't eat that much!! Maybe it's the sodium in some of the foods you have been eating? Like the tv dinners?? Not sure, just making a stab at it. Maybe you should try to eat "clean" this next week to see if anything changes. I'm thinking it might! We like this processed crap too much.
I hope things improve quickly and that you'll stay on track. You inspire me when I read your food diary and see how well you do with limiting your carbs. Whatever that scale says, you know you have been working it!!!!

I know I know not good stuff there, but I will try to do better tomorrow. I am doing the ww pts. system to do with my doc's supervised diet for insurance approval.
