Okay, I am alittle discouraged, BUT I will be alright. TOM is right around the corner and I starting to bloat. I weighed myself yestarday and I was 232lbs, WELL today I am 234!! Damn TOM!!! Anyway like I said I will be alright in a week.

Breakfast- 6 mini cheddar sausage links, and 1 blueberry scone.

snack- celery w. cream cheese

lunch- hamburger w. relish, mayo, and mustard, Salad

Snack- Akins shake

Dinner- ? TBD not sure yet

Im usually up fairly early getting my daughter off to school. Then, I get online and do school work while my other two eat their breakfast. So, ya I am up am running about that time every morning! If I get my plan for food down right away, its easier for me to say on track.

Hi Everyone! Newbie here

Breakfast - Grilled Cheese (not intended) and Broccoli  1 c cranberry juice
Snach - Fiber one bar

Lunch - Oatmeal

Snack - Fiber one bar

Dinner - Bean Burrito

Desert - 1 cup vanilla ice cream

L:  salad of mixed greens and some kind of Italian dressing (at a funeral brunch)

S:  LF string cheese
D:  1 bowl of that dang bean soup

      handful almonds

Today sucked in the worst way.  I weighed in this morning and was at 270 - I gained 6 pounds since last week and I have no idea why.  I was so stunned, I couldn't even cry.  THEN... I get to work and have a meeting.  The meeting is about my company combining positions and getting rid of 4 of us.  We all have to re-interview for our own jobs.  So I might be getting tossed.  Yay me.  I'm so upset right now, it's not even funny.  2009 blows.
