Abstinence - 275th Day
I had a good night's sleep with the CPAP machine last night at the sleep study place. They are going to order me one, and said my insurance should pay for it. I am so excited about getting a really good night's sleep in the future! I know I'll do better in my life in general when I do. Thanks for the info on the machine!
Breakfast
2 slices 12-grain french toast with margarine & sugar-free syrup
3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush (prepared by my husband - it's one of his specialties)
3/4 cup light soy milk
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes made with light soy milk & margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1/2 can New England clam chowder
2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers
