What did you eat today? 1/11/09
Allowed carbs- 35
Breakfast- Bacon, celery, w. cream cheese (could live on the stuff,LOL), sf jello.- 4 carbs
snack- atkins shake- 1 carb
lunch- Blueberry scones (I made them this morning) 1 scone= 8carbs, also a side salad- 11 carbs
snack- ?? prolly sf jello
Dinner- Hamburger (no bun), with veggies- 6 carbs
total so far: 22 carbs

B: 1 cup steel cut oatmeal
6 oz. plain LF yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries and blueberries
L: salad with Romaine, celery, radishes
4 oz. ground turkey breast
1 cup French style green beans
2 Tbsp Italian dressing
S: 6 shrimp with ****tail sauce
D: 2 bowls homemade ham and bean soup....deelish!
S: 1 cup blueberries
Weigh in tomorrow and I'm excited! (peeked this morning and had lost 7lb)

Hey girlie. I got them off of the Atkins website, its one of their receipes. If you go to there desert or bread selects of the receipes it right in there. I really liked them, my husband even tried one, they taste that good. My husband likes bad stuff with lots of sugar and thought they were good. They are made with soy flour, everything else is pritty much normal, oh expect for splenda instead of sugar. Im gonna try the chocolate-sour cream cupcakes soon, they sound soo yummy. oh, and the blueberry scones are good sized and are 8 carbs a piece.

Good luck Janina! I'm gonna weigh in too tomorrow, but I'm a little scared since I ate bad Friday nihgt, and again had buttery popcorn on Saturday.
B: yogurt with granola, blueberries, and flax
L: almond butter with agave nectar on high fiber bread
D: turkey breast, green beans, and salad with eggs and ranch dressing
