Abstinence - 273rd & 274th Days

I must say that I didn't post yesterday because I had an incredibly busy day, and simply couldn't find the time to past. Here is yesterday's food plan:
Breakfast
1 small tangerine
1-1/4 cups Kix cereal
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
1 Tbsp. Wal-Mucil in 8 oz. water
Lunch
Stouffer's Chicken Teriyaki with white & wild rice
1 large very unripe pear, which I did not finish, because it was too hard to eat
4 cups water
Dinner
1-1/2 cups leftover spaghetti & meat sauce with part-skin mozzarella cheese
1/2 can vegetable soup
25 cherries
2 cups light soy milk
3 small scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream

Breakfast
1 banana
1 whole grain English muffin with margarine
1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 cup light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 small turkey sausage patties
1 hashbrown potato wedge
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup cooked pear slices
2 cups water
Dinner
Either eat out at a restaurant, or
2 slices Spicy Chicken Pizza, or
Leftover Slow Cooker Bubble Pizza, or
2 lamb chops, cooked on griddle
1 baked yam with margarine
1/2 can vegetable soup
25 grapes
2 cups light soy milk
1 large Slimfast Bar
By the way, wish me luck on my sleeping study tonight - they will have me using a nasal CPAP machine to counteract my severe sleep apnea.
