What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud? Fat
I'm proud that I've been doing some research about getting rid of my belly fat and found an answer. I WAS on a quest to find the perfect exercise to get rid of this rounded belly. Turns out that my problem is visceral fat (the fat in your organs beneath the faschia and muscle), not the subcataneous fat that is between the faschia and skin. I lost most of that and doc cut the rest off.
It's like I was telling EM, I wouldn't mind if I didn't lose the last fifteen pounds, cuz of this long damned plateau, if I could get this waist whittled with exercise. But I was wrong in looking for one specific exercise. So if anyone needs to lose some 'inside' belly fat, the way to do that is by increasing your 'aerobic' exercise. Normally, I power walk three miles on lower body workout days and four miles on upper body days. On lower body days, I do thirty minutes on my recumbent cycle. So, the new plan is to increase my cycle time to an hour everyday. Once I lose six inches in my waist, then according to the 'experts', my old routine should maintain that. I'll let you know how it works for me! Geeze, I hope I can breathe that long.

They can only lipo subcataneous fat that is under your skin. Visceral fat is under the muscle so it's a no go cuz you could damage muscles and organs, too. Just my luck! You know me, if there was a way for Duct Tape to get rid of it, it would have been gone a long time ago!

One thing that I have had to wrap my brain around... maybe this applies to you too Mary?
"Whatever your natural body shape is... egt to like it because if like me you're a FAT pear shape then eventually you'll be a THIN pear shape." I still have heavier hip/thigh to waist torso ratio. Maybe you're the carry the heavier ratio on your waist type figure...?"
PS I know it sucks. I hate the fact that I still have voluptous thighs- but by the time I could make my thighs the size I'd like them to be the rest of me would look skeletal.
