It's Friday!!!!  I'm so ready to sleep in tomorrow.

Got a question for all you people that work out.  How long do you actually warm up?

Floor exercises..20 minutes

6.5 miles on srength training program on bike

 I really dont warm up, I just start on the eliptical, today I did:
40 min. on eliptical
60 crunches (on machine)
20 min. treadmill
25 min Ifrared sauna
