B: 1 egg plus 2 whites scrambled
6 oz plain LF yogurt
1 cup blueberries
L: salad with Romaine, celery, radishes
6 oz. tuna
1 cup sliced beets
2 Tbsp Italian dressing
S: 1 oz. cheese
D: 4 oz. steak
steamed veggies (broccoli, squash, carrots, pea pods)...Outback
garlic mashed potatoes
salad with mustard vinagarette dressing
cup clam chowder
S: if I'm hungry...1 medium apple
The clam chowder wasn't on plan today but figured it couldn't contain much flour or sugar and felt like I needed a bonus for being good all week

Lunch- atkins shake ,w. some pepperoni to snack on (bellys been upset)
Dinner- (went to dinner and movie w. hubby) Mcdonalds Double quarter pounder NO BUN, and parfait NO GRANOLA. (I know not much of a 5 star resaurant, didnt really have time to have a sit down dinner, gotta take advantage of babysitter when we can. Oh and I know the Parfait was probably a no,no.)
*Workout- Shoveling 3 inches of additional snow from over night that was layered on freezing rain, (Yay) than about fell on my A** trying to shovel. My kids found it funny, seeing me skating around trying to keep balance. Oh, beloved Michigan weather, gotta FRICKEN love it!!

Sounds like you're doing really well! even with the yogurt! And I am laughing right along with your kids at the image of you skating around tryin not to fall!! But I feel your pain about the snow then freezing rain, then snow, and so on. I hate winter. Thank goodness ours has melted (never been so happy to have it 40 degrees and raining!!!) But a great workout!

I started typing this intending to ask where you got the sugar free chocolate covered marshmellows...but on second thought, I don't want to know!! I am having a pain of a time gettting back on track, and the last thing I need is to think I can eat that stufff...especially w/valentines day coming up....I never have a boyfriend durning this time, so chocolate is my lover! LOL
Seriously Heather, they're an amazing treat. I got them on Netrition. They're by a company called La Nouba - Belgium made and AMAZING. Only .2 carbs per marshmallow and they're 7 in a pack, so a smidge over 1 carb per pack. They're so good and cure that sugar craving instantly. They're pricey but so worth it. If you have a hard time finding them, let me know and I'll send you the link.
