L: apple with almond butter, and a green smoothie
S: two pieces high fiber toast with little almond butter
D: chicken with asagio sausage with mushrooms and cheese
I really feel icky tonight. I feel like I ate too much bread, but I really can't see where. Although I did pretty much eat two lunches. ooops...lol First few days of TOM always gets me. Could have been a LOT worse.

1 cup blueberries
L: 1 cup Romaine with radishes, celery
2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
4 oz. ground turkey
1 cup organic tomato soup
S: 1 WW string cheese
10 almonds
D: 4 oz. pork tenderloin
6 oz. sweet potato
1 cup steamed broccoli
6oz. FF milk
S: 1 medium apple
mug organic tomato soup
2 oz. cheddar
Got the munchies while watching TV tonight....you all praised me too soon

Lol, woot ..day four!! I was actually thinking the same thing as Janina. Go you! Yoou are eating so well. if by some ungodly reason you don't loe any weight, you will still be the most healthy woman alive! And to boot it cured of all illnesses of cancers or anything else growing bad in your body! lol

Thanks, Holly....will be anxious to get on the scale Monday. Eating all these carbs (even if they're all healthy ones) has me scared.
