I'm making baked maple salmon tonight

Hey Stac, at the risk of this being a stupid question, what is a maple salmon?  I'm thinking that doesn't even occur in nature. Very Confused  Is that a some sort of hybrid fish that got lost in Vermont?  Hmmm?

haha no miss Mary!! its baked salmon but the marinade I did with it was 1/2 C sugar free syrup and a few other things it was wonderful
