S: 1.5 scoops Optimum Nutrition Protein Powder (5 carbs)
    1/2 cup Heavy cream
L: Lean Cuisine (7 carbs)
D: Cornish Game Hen, roasted
    3/4 cup string beans w/bacon (3 carbs)

Carbs: 15

D:  chicken breast with green beans, and  a frozen pom/banana desert

It's friggen cold outside, it's twenty below zero at this moment!!!  ARGHH 

I swear I've changed my food intake twnety times today.  Hopefully this will be the last time editing.
