B: 1 egg, 2 whites scrambled
1/2 cup steel cut oats
6 oz. LF plain yogurt
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 cup sliced strawberries
L: 2 cups Romaine with radishes, celery
2 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
4 oz tuna
D: 4 oz. beef tenderloin
6 oz sweet potato
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup salad with oil & vinegar dressing
S: medium apple
1 hour water aerobics

L: sm baked potato (2tsp cheddar, 1tsp butter, 2tsp sr crm), 4pcs fried bluegill filet
D: 4pcs fried bluegill filet, 1c chili
Been doing wonderfully at drinking only water again. I never realized I loved going pee sooooo much! LOL
