     1/2 cup heavy cream
L: Lean Cuisine (7 carbs)
D: 10 Hotwings w/blue cheese dressing (2 carbs)
S: Endulge bar (2 carbs)

Carbs: 16

Breakfast- bacon and cucumbers (dont have much to choose from)

snack-atkins shake

Lunch- Left over taco Salad

snack- atkins bar

Dinner- ?? TBD (I will find something about that time )

B:  1 egg, 2 whites scrambled
      1/2 cup steel cut oats
      6 oz. LF plain yogurt
      1/4 cup pumpkin
      1 cup sliced strawberries
L:  2 cups Romaine with  radishes, celery
      2 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
      4 oz tuna
D:  4 oz. beef tenderloin
      6 oz sweet potato
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      1 cup salad with oil & vinegar dressing
S:  medium apple
   

1 hour water aerobics

B: 2 oz almonds and I peice of chocolate (did bad this morning was MUN***** 290 calories
L:Healthy choice cafe steamers general tios chicken (TO DIE FOR!) 290 calories
S: Sugar free pudding chocolate 60 calories
D:3 oz orange teriyaki chicken-120 calories
1 C stuffing 240 calories(bad me)
Spinich and stawberry salad 250 calories


Total:1250 calories probably having either a jello pudding or jello cup later so either 60 calories more or 10 depends on my mood

B: 1 honey/cashew/ cherry granola bar, 6oz ff sf yogurt, 3/4c oatmeal w/ sugar, butter and raisins (hubby made)
L: sm baked potato (2tsp cheddar, 1tsp butter, 2tsp sr crm), 4pcs fried bluegill filet
D: 4pcs fried bluegill filet, 1c chili

Been doing wonderfully at drinking only water again. I never realized I loved going pee sooooo much! LOL
