Aussie BL starts soon too.

The theme this time is "couples" -some are hubby/wife, sisters, father/son etc.  Should be interesting.

Hey Em, do they show our Biggest Loser over there?  Last year and this year are couples.  They went to Australia year before last and the scenery was just breathtaking.  I wish they would show yours over here, I love Australian accents!

You bet! We get to see the Americans and the Australians... not at the same time though.  So I won't be able to do 'blow by blow' recounts with you all.

First they show the Aussie one then they put the American one on later in the year.

Stac....I'm with you....definitely a food addict here.  I'm proud I actually made it through Day 1 of my challenge of staying on plan (no sugar, flour) AND made it to the Y for an hour of water aerobics.  Good start, Sherrie.

Can't wait for the BL tonight either...I'm also addicted to that show.  This season though I won't be sitting there stuffing my face watching it!

That is a good start, Sherrie! I miss water aerobics much.  DH has retired officially and I am trying to talk him into a gym with a pool! If not, I think I will re-join the comm college and do that this spring, summer, and fall!

LOL...HOW can you eat during BL...I am actually on that floor doing push ups about a third of the time it is on! I swear when I remember it is on that night, it help sme stay on my plan more!

Sick behavior, huh?  TV and snacking have always gone hand in hand for me...big downfall.  Maybe tonight I'll try some sit ups during the show instead!

Ooooo Sherrie, Bob called you out tonight.  He said if you are sitting there eating ice cream while you are watching this show, it's time for a change. 

Well duh, it just doesn't make sense not change if your current behavior has you fat, no?

He sure did....and I was proud....as he said that, I was sitting here munching on a sliced apple!  Bob would have been proud!

woo hoo BIGGEST LOSER back!!! I am excited for that. I am proud that I have lost another pound and I am now at 15lbs lost. I know isnt much yet, but I am very happy for myself.
