1/3 cup lima beans
6 tiny baked potatoes
6 thin slices ham lunch meat
1 Tbsp. Wal-Mucil with 8 oz. water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 can New England clam chowder
1 package fresh blueberries
2 cups light soy milk
2 chocolate-flavored graham crackers
