Thanks for the party! I'm finally finding time in my schedule for more than just work and sleep. It's still not easy but at least I am finally adjusting. Glad to be back!!!

LOTS of water
Some little snackies that keep things even
Raw almonds - about a small handfull total
Taste of the dinner I made everyone for tonight

my yesterday:

35 min asanas before work

Cleansed like Ruthie all day - had the herb drink 4x lots of water all day long!

At supper i had a grilled beef sausage thing - with pineapple in it and some sauteed cabbage/carrots.

That's it!
