What did you eat today? 01/05
Runnin out of (my) groceries AGAIN, so...... here's what I have to work with today. Not likin the vanilla Atkins shakes (I think I said it before)but gotta use them up.
Breakfast-Atkins shake
snack- a pickle
Lunch- Taco salad, w. cucumbers, onions, and cheese, oh and ranch dressing
snack- ? Prolly atkins bar, or shake
Dinner- Steak w. veggies-(making large dinner for hubby)

Trish....don't know if you can use flavorings on Atkins, but the vanilla shakes are good with orange flavoring (like a Cremesicle), almond and cinnamon, rum and cinnamon or Davinci's SF raspberry syrup.

Okay....Day 1 for me of my challenge
Weighed in this morning and actually gained a pound last week so redid my ticker.
B: 1 egg plus 2 whites scrambled in Pam
1/2 cup steel oats with 1/4 c. pumpkin and cinnamon
6 oz LF plain yogurt
1 cup blueberries
L: 2 cups Romaine with 4 oz. ground turkey breast
2 Tbsp Italian dressing
1 cup sliced low sodium beets
D: 4 oz. grilled pork tenderloin
6 oz. sweet potato
1 cup Italian green beans
1 cup romaine with 2 Tbsp Italian dressing
S: 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese
1 cup sliced strawberries
