Have you exercised today? 1/05
I have been thinking that we need some kind of accountability to exercise. I know some of you put it on your food journal, which is fine. But others, like myself (or maybe just myself ?!?) need a little more boost than that. I can easily skip putting down my exercise on my food journal and then just not do it. So who ever wants to join me can. I'm going to post this on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I might even TRY to do it five times a week, and I'll just post it on whichever thread is going at that point. But right now I'm aiming for three, hoping for five.
I really want to make this my challenge for the year. Not even a challenge, a goal to work towards too. I want exercise to become a routine!!
Monday:
30 minutes of Zumba
50 sit ups
6 miles strength training on bike
15 minutes on bow flex

You were just the kick in the butt I needed. Just got back and I feel so good!! Hope to fit this into my routine on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
MONDAY: 60 minutes water aerobics
