Have you exercised today? 1/05

I have been thinking that we need some kind of accountability to exercise.  I know some of you put it on your food journal, which is fine.  But others, like myself (or maybe just myself ?!?) need a little more boost than that.  I can easily skip putting down my exercise on my food journal and then just not do it.  So who ever wants to join me can.  I'm going to post this on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  I might even TRY to do it five times a week, and I'll just post it on whichever thread is going at that point.  But right now I'm aiming for three, hoping for five. 

I really want to make this my challenge for the year.  Not even a challenge, a goal to work towards too.  I want exercise to become a routine!!

Monday:

30 minutes of Zumba

50 sit ups

6 miles strength training on bike

15 minutes on bow flex

What perfect timing, Holly!  I had emailed you that I was gonna do water aerobics today and then sat here talking myself out of going.  Got on the OH board and what do I see.....HAVE YOU EXERCISED TODAY?

You were just the kick in the butt I needed.  Just got back and I feel so good!!  Hope to fit this into my routine on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

MONDAY:  60 minutes water aerobics

I did Slim Walk for 30 min today, 2 miles really fast walk and a little jogging at the end....third day in a row.  I did 4 days last week at 15 mins.

5 miles on stationary bike and about 1/2 mile walking at work

well my exercise today was walking around walmart for an hour. I decided that I finally got a break for my sick little boy (daddy came home) and instead of just putting my pictures in to be developed and picking them up days later...I'd do the one hour and walk around. Not too much but with Brycen throwing up every hour running a fever and SCREAMING I couldn't do my total gym today. Oh yeah I got quite a bit of cardio last night too
