what did you eat today? 1/4/09
Breakfast-Taco salad w. sf jello
snack- celery w. cream cheese
lunch-hotdog w. sf jello
snack-? prolly some cucumbers w. ranch(changing my menu up a bitlol)
Dinner- prolly fish fillet w. veggies
*Okay I know weighting yourself more than once a week is a NO NO but since I drank alittle and I ate alittle out of my program (SOOOOO HAPPY HOLIDAYS ARE OVER!!) I was worried, which I had nothing to be worried about cause so far I am down another 1lb, but I am not letting it officially count until tues. so I will check back then with the final verdict!! (now, I sound like law and order or something) anyway, I am happy so.....I wanted to share.
P.S I noticed I did '08 for yestardays what did you eat...oops!! gonna take half the year to get that down as always!!
Today so far:
100 cals whey protein pdr + 1.5 teas coconut oil
hi protein bar later
hi fiber pb on celery, hi pro soup
Supper: turkey soup
No sweets! Yesterday, i did not eat anything other than that stupid square of dark chocolate. Today is Day One
Today - a walk later if I can shake off DH...btw, he is retired now.

B: 1c scrambled eggs w/ sausage and cheese
S: 3 cookies, 16oz milk
L: 1c homemade veggie soup, 2c spinach salad (spinach, carrots, onions, black olives, cheese, tomato and 2tbsp house dressing (vinegar and oil based )), 6oz sf ff yogurt
S: 1bite of hot dog on bun, granola bar (honey cashew, cherry)
D: 1/2 cheeseburger (mustard, 1/2 sl tomato, 3 pickles), 15 fried mushrooms w/ 1tsp ketchup
Exercise: 5 miles on stationary bike
