Thanks for the input Necee.  Yea, I sort of agree with you.  Maybe it's because I'm so obsessed by foods, that I actually have found it easier for me to just eat three meals and maybe ONE snack.  I've never thought of cutting that snack out before.  I'll have to give it some thought.  When I have been on plans that require you to eat five to six times a day my head just feels like it's going to explode.  I think of food all day long!  My obsession is FOOD, no matter what it is. I will think of food all day long!   Nibbling like that just makes me actually want to go eat ice cream tell you the truth.  Sounds sort of weird, but it does.  Think I do better by refraining from so many meals as possible.

I'm also going to focus on what I CAN eat, rather than what I CAN'T eat.  Think that might help my mind frame better.  Hoping so anyways! :)

BTW, I just rode six miles on my strength training program on my bike!  I haven't done that in a while and I feel so good!!!
