1 serving Moussaka (Greek meal consisting, of potato, a cheese sauce, eggplant, & ground beef)

16 oz. Diet Sunkist Orange pop

Dinner
1-1/4 cups Swiss Steak Cafe (crockpot recipe with a cup of coffee in the sauce)
1 cup whole grain pasta
25 grapes
1/2 can vegetable soup
2 cups light soy milk
3 scoops sugar-free, low fat Moose Tracks ice cream
