Nothing to be proud of...hmph. You're a great friend, you didn't gorge yourself for the holidays, and you are going to rock the new year in the weight loss category. I KNOW that this is your year, girl!

My theory on why non op before and after pics aren't featured on OH:
- There's not many non ops to begin with;
- Not sure anyone has ever requested to have their before and after pics posted;
- OH is supported by advertisements geared towards WLS so promoting non-op weight loss doesn't increase that revenue stream
I vote for you to submit your before and after pics to the OH webmaster for posting. 
Let's see if they'll post 'em. I can't figure out how to post my before pic on my page. It's a printed pic so I was going to scan it into a pdf file but you can't post pdf files on OH? I'm clueless.
Just do a regular scan and then download it into your computer under documents. I found an old pic of me the other day that I'm going to put on my profile. Ya'll are gonna be laughing your asses off!

I am proud that I am able to laugh out loud at the wickedly funny post and rants, despite the fact that my ass is now over 300 pounds. I am proud that I did not indulge in pomegranate martini's, ice cream or cake to celebrate 09! I am proud that I paid bills without sedatives.
Thank you for the, laughs, btw: I would kill a small village to laugh my ass off at your before pic: quick weight loss and excercise at the same time!!!
Yep, sometimes I feel like they've put us in the corner, in the back, in the dark because to them, we speak a foreign language. It's the only place I feel different for being normal. 
But I'm glad that you kept searching till you tracked us down. You sound like you would fit right into our little asylum!
I'll get that before pic posted just for you. I'm always happy to help someone out with losing their A$$!
