Supper: dunno. will go for a walk soonly. paying bills. sucks.

Hello all. Its been a couple of days, I had a (GOOD)ruff new years eve....that I am recouping from.
total allowed= 30carbs
Breakfast- Bacon, 2 pickles, wrapped w. cream cheese and sliced beef-(4 carbs)
Lunch- 1 chili dog, and cheese NO BUN(chili=homemade burger w. chili powder and sliced tomatos), celery w. cream cheese, sf jello(5 carbs)
Snack- CHOKE DOWN atkins shake (not liking the vanilla, but LOVE LOVE LOVE the royale choc.)-(1 carb)
Dinner- Large taco salad, SF jello(7 carbs)
snack- Janina's peanut butter cheesecake mix. (by the way....to die for )- (4 carbs)
total used=21
L:4-5oz baked chicken breast, 1c fresh pineapple, 2c salad (greens, walnuts, cheese, 1tbsp blue cheese dressing)
D: 1c chili, 9 saltines, 2 slices cheese
S: 1/2c walnuts, 1 sm apple
S: 1c mocha cappacino smoothie daughter made
Midnight snack with hubby after grocery shopping: BK veggie burger, 1/4c dried fruit
Exercise: 5 miles on sta. bike
