L: 2 hot dogs w/ ketchup (2 carbs)
    1/2 low carb wrap (6 carbs)
D: Chicken breast (grilled) w/salad (4 carbs)
S: Endulge bar (2 carbs)

Carbs: 17

How's everyone's first day of the new year?  Mine's looking up.

Ha ha Hol...i have been getting a giggle outa your posts with the DH and WW stories! It made me think about for most women, WW teaches how to eat, and for guys, it must be harder - they usually can pack away a lot of food previous to doing something this structured.

Happy New year, neen! Hey, there's yet another benefit to your sucky life - nowhere to go but UP!  

My day:

1.5 poached eggs on 1/2 english wg muffin + 1/4 c hollendaise sauce + 1/2 c nf milk

1.5 hr bike ride froze my dumass OFF.

1 small roast beef/ched sandwich with mustard (got too hungry and cold after my ride, ate this very shortsightedly). Chips and guac, too.

Tonight:  wedding! I made Hoppin John, so that is what I will eat. Maybe fruit & veggies if there. 
 
ETA:  I ate cake at the wedding! No veggies or fruit, but ate some meat & mustard and hoppin john with a bit of bread.  some spinach dip.

B: 4pcs turkey bacon
L: 1/2c chili, 4 ritz crackers, 1tbsp cheese
S: 1/4c buffalo chicken dip, 1/2c refried beans, handful mini tostitios
D: 1c chili, 1tbsp cheese, 5 saltines
S: 4 brownies...ugh!!! Weakness!!!!!!!!

Exercise: 5 miles on stationary bike...first exercise I have done in 2 months

      1 cup plain LF yogurt
      1 cup blueberries
S:  2 light Babybel cheese
L:  2 cups spicy red lentil chili
D:  2 slices ham
      small baked potato with sour cream
      1 cup Italian green beans
      1/2 cup applesauce
S:  1 tiny taste of pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting

I'm not being 100% but had 19 again for dinner tonight and trying my hardest.
